BPXC Track Club Summer Strength & Conditioning Program

Description:

This program focuses on total body strength building, using body weight and a variety of resistance exercises, creating a strong and balanced neuromuscular foundation to develop your growing students strength, speed and agility for any sport. Students interested in improving running technique, working on track specialties and/or participating in JO Track & Field are welcome to stay for additional practice. *Please note, there will be no class on the week of no-contact.Questions? email: bpxctrackclub@gmail.com
